By submitting an Inspirational Story and/or photograph, you hereby grant Jenna’s Dreams, Inc. (“JD”), its officers, trustees, employees, designees, agents, independent contractors, legal representatives, successors and assigns the absolute right and unrestricted permission to take, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the Inspirational Story and/or photograph for purposes of publicizing JD’s services and mission, or for any other lawful purpose. The Inspirational Story and/or photograph may be used in printed publications, multimedia presentation, on websites or in any other distribution media.
